2.) You will receive an e-mail with the attached Repair Order.
Please check your information. Print the order and sign it.
3.) Send the device to us with the repair order, well packed and in sturdy packaging. (WITHOUT additional accessories such as SIM card, charger and etc.) The accessories sent with them may be lost during the repair process.

After your device is diagnosed, we will contact you and send a quote via email. Once you have agreed to this, the actual repair will begin.
After the repair is done, we will send you the invoice by e-mail. You can pay this by bank transfer. Once you have settled the invoice, the free return shipment will be made via DHL.
If the repair is refused or not possible, the following options are available to you:
1.) Dispose of device free of charge.
2.) Free return shipping (within Germany), assembled to 50.00 Euro excl. VAT
The device is returned to the customer in an assembled condition. At the request of the customer, non-functional parts that were removed during diagnosis will be returned together with the device. It is important that the client says so when he rejects the offer. If the client does not request this, the removed parts will be disposed of.
Standard processing: Diagnosis processing time after receiving the device: between 5 and 10 working days
Express processing: 25,00 Euro excl. VAT (a non-refundable fee and does not apply to data recovery).
Diagnosis processing time after receipt of the unit: between 1 and 5 working days. You will also receive the shortest possible time for repairs. The payment for express processing is described in the final invoice. After your payment is received, the unit will be returned to you immediately.
Prior repair attempt:
If the technician finds that the device has already had a previous repair attempt, it will take between 10 and 20 working days to diagnose the device. Express processing is not possible.
