Standard processing: Diagnostics Processing time after receiving the device: between 5 and 20 working days
Express processing: 49,90 Euro incl. VAT (a non-refundable fee and does not apply to data recovery).
Diagnosis processing time after receipt of the unit: between 1 and 5 working days. You will also receive the shortest possible time for repairs. The payment for express processing is described in the final invoice. After your payment is received, the unit will be returned to you immediately.
Prior repair attempt:
If the technician finds that the device has already had a previous repair attempt, it will take between 10 and 30 working days to diagnose the device. Express processing is not possible.
It depends on the type and the degree of difficulty. Most standard repairs take between 3 and 6 working days, for an express repair (if possible) between 1 and 3 working days. Unfortunately, we can only tell you the exact duration of the repair after a diagnosis. Once we have received your device and diagnosed it, we will contact you.

If the repair is refused, you have the following options:
1.) Dispose of device free of charge.
2.) Return device for diagnostic fee incl. free return shipping (within Germany) in the amount of 59.90 euros incl. VAT.
The device is returned to the customer in an assembled condition. At the request of the customer, non-functional parts that were removed during diagnosis will be returned together with the device. It is important that the client says so when he rejects the offer. If the client does not request this, the removed parts will be disposed of.

After you have accepted our offer and the repair has been performed, we will send you the final invoice by email. You can pay this by bank transfer. Immediately after receiving your payment, your repaired device will be sent back.
Yes. Six months the warranty is on performed repair works and replaced components.
If it is not possible to recover the data, you will only be charged for the shipping costs.
If it is possible, back up your data and reset the device to factory settings before shipping it. Your data will be kept confidential during the repair and will not be deleted. However, KrisFix will not be liable for lost data during software and soldering repairs.
