Standard processing: The processing time for the diagnosis after receipt of the device is between 5 and 20 working days.
Express processing: 49,90 Euro incl. VAT (a non-refundable fee and does not apply to data recovery).
Diagnosis processing time after receipt of the unit: between 1 and 5 working days. You will also receive the shortest possible time for repairs. The payment for express processing is described in the final invoice. After your payment is received, the unit will be returned to you immediately.
Prior repair attempt:
If the technician finds that the device has already had a previous repair attempt, it will take between 10 and 30 working days to diagnose the device. Express processing is NOT possible. More information here→
The duration of the repair depends on the type and complexity of the repair. Most standard repairs take between 5 and 20 working days, while an express repair (if possible) takes between 1 and 5 working days. Unfortunately, we can only tell you the exact duration of the repair after the diagnosis. We will contact you as soon as we have received and diagnosed your device.
Yes, there is a warranty. We provide a six-month warranty on repairs performed and components replaced.
If the repair is refused or not possible, you have the following options:
1.) Free disposal of the device.
2.) Payment of the diagnostic fee of 59.90 euros incl. VAT, which includes free return shipment within Germany (via Deutsche Post).
The device is returned to the client in an assembled condition. At the request of the client, non-functional parts that were removed during the diagnosis will be returned together with the device. It is important that the contractor states this when rejecting the offer. If the client does not express a wish in this regard, the removed parts will be disposed of.

After you have accepted our offer and the repair has been carried out, we will send you the final invoice by e-mail. You can pay this by bank transfer. Your device will be returned immediately after receipt of your payment.
If it is not possible to recover the data, you will only be charged for the shipping costs.
If it is possible, back up your data and reset the device to factory settings before shipping it. Your data will be kept confidential during the repair and will not be deleted. However, KrisFix will not be liable for lost data during software and soldering repairs.
Yes, no problem! We work with customers from all over the world. However, please note that customers whose shipments come to us from countries outside Europe will have to pay customs fees or costs when importing the parcel into Europe.
