After you have accepted our offer and the repair has been performed, we will send you the final invoice by email. You can pay this by bank transfer. Immediately after receiving your payment, your repaired device will be sent back.

It depends on the type and the degree of difficulty. Most standard repairs take between 3 and 6 working days, for an express repair (if possible) between 1 and 3 working days. Unfortunately, we can only tell you the exact duration of the repair after a diagnosis. Once we have received your device and diagnosed it, we will contact you.

Your graphics card will be prioritized upon arrival at our repair shop. You will also receive the shortest possible time for repairs. The payment for express processing will be included in the final invoice. After your payment is received, the device will be returned to you as soon as possible .
