For repairs carried out and components replaced, we give 6 Monate Warranty.
The warranty begins on the invoice date.
The warranty only covers the renewed failure of the replacement components used by us due to defects in material or processing.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to offer a shorter warranty period or no warranty at all.
You will always be informed of these deviating warranty conditions in writing in the repair offer and on the invoice.
Every repaired device is provided with a warranty sticker.
If this sticker is removed, damaged or tampered with, the warranty is void.
„Use ONLY with supporting bracket or mount it vertical.

The card must be installed either with a bracket (GPU support bracket) or vertically.
You will also receive a PDF with the mounting instructions from us.
This document will be sent to you by e-mail together with the repair quotation and again with the invoice.
Only brackets and mountings that have been specially developed for this purpose may be used for installation..
The use of improvised solutions or unsuitable products (e.g. cable ties, pieces of foam, wooden strips, etc.) leads to loss of warranty.

The processing time for warranty claims is usually 3 to 10 working days from receiving the product.
As soon as your parcel has been opened and documented by us, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt.
The rights under statutory law remain unaffected by this warranty.
This warranty is a voluntary additional service and does not restrict your statutory rights.
