Warranty

For repairs carried out and components replaced, we give 6 Monate Warranty.
The warranty begins on the invoice date.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty only covers the renewed failure of the replacement components used by us due to defects in material or processing.

Individual warranty conditions

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to offer a shorter warranty period or no warranty at all.
You will always be informed of these deviating warranty conditions in writing in the repair offer and on the invoice.

Excluded from the warranty are

  • Damage caused by improper use, tampering or attempted repairs after acceptance.
  • Damage due to force majeure (e.g. overvoltage, lightning strike).

Important information for the warranty

Warranty sticker

Every repaired device is provided with a warranty sticker.
If this sticker is removed, damaged or tampered with, the warranty is void.

Note for mounting graphics cards

Use ONLY with supporting bracket or mount it vertical.
Warranty void in case of incorrect mounting.

This means:
The card must be installed either with a bracket (GPU support bracket) or vertically.

Mounting instructions

You will also receive a PDF with the mounting instructions from us.
This document will be sent to you by e-mail together with the repair quotation and again with the invoice.

Use of appropriate mountings

Only brackets and mountings that have been specially developed for this purpose may be used for installation..
The use of improvised solutions or unsuitable products (e.g. cable ties, pieces of foam, wooden strips, etc.) leads to loss of warranty.

What to do in the event of a warranty claim?

Contact us

Send us an e-mail to service@krisfix.de and describe the defect as precisely as possible.

Feedback from us

We will send you an e-mail with further instructions. These are:

  1. Send us 3 to 5 photos of the installed graphics card, so that we can check the mounting position.
  2. Submit a new repair order using our form:

    Please include your invoice number in the description
  3. Pack the card securely in a sturdy box and send it back to us.

Processing time

The processing time for warranty claims is usually 3 to 10 working days from receiving the product.
As soon as your parcel has been opened and documented by us, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt.

Important notes on shipping

  • Please send us No additional accessories (cables, screws, etc.), unless we expressly request this.
  • Pack the graphics card Shockproof and safe to transport.

Legal notice

The rights under statutory law remain unaffected by this warranty.
This warranty is a voluntary additional service and does not restrict your statutory rights.
