Shipping to customer
As soon as the repair is done, we will send you the invoice by email. Immediately after receiving your payment, we will arrange the return shipment of the repaired device.

I'm from Germany, however I want to give foreign customers the chance to properly read my review... and......inform you about the gods work this man is doing.I was one of the guys who sent his broken 6800XT reference design (I bought from a friend not a miner!) to krisfix.It didn't took very long and he sent me his analysis respectively a proposal on how to progress. Further on he continued to support and inform me on what are my next steps.I'm really satisfied with how he handled my GPU all thought the card could not be repaired due to a cracked GPU chip.I hope I will never require his services again with my new GPU card. I would definitely recommend this repair shop. From the first interaction to the last, everything... was absolutely great. Extremely professional and very helpful. I managed to repair my 3090 which had a ram problem and was unusable. Everything went perfect. The communication was great. Even after receiving the card, I asked a feedback regarding the caring of the card and they responded with some cooling tips. Standard processing: Diagnosis processing time after receiving the device: between 5 and 10 working days
Express processing: 25,00 Euro excl. VAT (a non-refundable fee and does not apply to data recovery).
Diagnosis processing time after receipt of the unit: between 1 and 5 working days. You will also receive the shortest possible time for repairs. The payment for express processing is described in the final invoice. After your payment is received, the unit will be returned to you immediately.
Prior repair attempt:
If the technician finds that the device has already had a previous repair attempt, it will take between 10 and 20 working days to diagnose the device. Express processing is not possible.
It depends on the type and the degree of difficulty. Most standard repairs take between 3 and 6 working days, for an express repair (if possible) between 1 and 3 working days. Unfortunately, we can only tell you the exact duration of the repair after a diagnosis. Once we have received your device and diagnosed it, we will contact you.

If the repair is refused, you have the following options:
1.) Dispose of device free of charge.
2.) Return device for diagnostic fee incl. free return shipping (within Germany) in the amount of 50.00 euros excl. VAT.
The device is returned to the customer in an assembled condition. At the request of the customer, non-functional parts that were removed during diagnosis will be returned together with the device. It is important that the client says so when he rejects the offer. If the client does not request this, the removed parts will be disposed of.

Yes. Six months the warranty is on performed repair works and replaced components.
If it is not possible to recover the data, you will only be charged for the shipping costs.
If it is possible, back up your data and reset the device to factory settings before shipping it. Your data will be kept confidential during the repair and will not be deleted. However, KrisFix will not be liable for lost data during software and soldering repairs.
