{"id":4670,"date":"2025-07-17T09:15:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T08:15:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/krisfix.de\/?page_id=4670"},"modified":"2025-07-26T14:17:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-26T13:17:20","slug":"garantie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/krisfix.de\/en\/garantie\/","title":{"rendered":"Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For repairs carried out and components replaced, we give <strong>6 Monate Warranty<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe warranty begins on the invoice date.<\/p>\n<h4>What is covered by the warranty?<\/h4>\n<p>The warranty only covers the renewed failure of the replacement components used by us due to defects in material or processing.<\/p>\n<h4>Individual warranty conditions<\/h4>\n<p>In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to offer a shorter warranty period or no warranty at all.<br \/>\nYou will always be informed of these deviating warranty conditions in writing in the repair offer and on the invoice.<\/p>\n<h4>Excluded from the warranty are<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Damage caused by improper use, tampering or attempted repairs after acceptance.<\/li>\n<li>Damage due to force majeure (e.g. overvoltage, lightning strike).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Important information for the warranty<\/h4>\n<h4>Warranty sticker<\/h4>\n<p>Every repaired device is provided with a warranty sticker.<br \/>\n<strong>If this sticker is removed, damaged or tampered with, the warranty is void.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Note for mounting graphics cards<\/h4>\n<blockquote><p>\u201e<strong>Use ONLY with supporting bracket or mount it vertical.<br \/>\nWarranty void in case of incorrect mounting.<\/strong>\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This means:<br \/>\nThe card must be installed either with a bracket (GPU support bracket) or vertically.<\/p>\n<h4>Mounting instructions<\/h4>\n<p>You will also receive a PDF with the mounting instructions from us.<br \/>\nThis document will be sent to you by e-mail together with the repair quotation and again with the invoice.<\/p>\n<h4>Use of appropriate mountings<\/h4>\n<p>Only brackets and mountings that have been <strong>specially developed for this purpose may be used for installation.<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe use of improvised solutions or unsuitable products (e.g. cable ties, pieces of foam, wooden strips, etc.) <strong>leads to loss of warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>What to do in the event of a warranty claim?<\/h4>\n<h4>Contact us<\/h4>\n<p>Send us an e-mail to <strong>service@krisfix.de<\/strong> and describe the defect as precisely as possible.<\/p>\n<h4>Feedback from us<\/h4>\n<p>We will send you an e-mail with further instructions.
